Blackwood Redevelopment Company is an offshoot of Oakwood Land Developers; a family
owned and operated company operating in the Blackwood area for nearly 30 years.

Blackwood Redevelopment Company is transforming properties in numerous areas around
Blackwood. Blackwood Redevelopment Company renovated and manages the Blackwood
Plaza, at 1001 Black Horse Pike and the Riiff Plaza, at 109 N. Black Horse Pike. The Palace
Catering Hall, located at the Riiff Plaza, and was completed in January 2006. The Palace is
currently booking all of your catered needs. Blackwood Redevelopment Company is a
member of the Gloucester Township Chamber of Commerce.
Company History
Louis, Joseph, and their father, Daniel Riiff created a construction company, Holly Run
Builders in 1978. This company became Oakwood Land Developers in 1984. Oakwood Land
Developers has built and repaired homes throughout the Camden County and Gloucester
County areas.
In spring of 2002, Louis, Joseph, and Daniel, formed Blackwood Redevelopment Company to
focus on property renovations and management. Blackwood Redevelopment Company
acquired its first project, the Blackwood Plaza in 2003. The Palace Catering Hall, is a
beautiful, classy location for any function.
Blackwood Redevelopment Company hopes to bring a large number of offices and retail
shops to the Blackwood area in the near future.
